Postage & packing

No matter where you live, we can have your order securely delivered to your door. We export worldwide from Alaska to New Zealand and are experts in packaging fragile items such as cues & cases. Large or heavy parcels normally sent with TNT. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail in a jiffy bag where possible to keep the cost down.

If items are in stock we will usually despatch them the same day or next working day.

Small parcels usually under 1kg will be sent via royal mail for the UK and air mail for international orders.

Deliveries within the UK mainland standard charge. (not including Highlands & Islands of Scotland , Ireland & N. Ireland.)

On most occasions the parcel will arrive the following working day but not guaranteed.

If from Scottish Highlands, Ireland or N.Irelland then we incurr a slight postage increase. We will contact you if this applies to you. Delivery to these detinations may take a day longer also.

Deliveries within Europe

Larger parcels are despatched on a Express service with TNT and should be with you in a few days time. In most cases Next day delivery is possible within Europe. If sent with TNT then a Tracking number is always available if needed.

International deliveries outiside Europe can possibly be delayed clearing customs. Unfortunately customs clearence is out of ouyr control and we can be held reposnsible for parcels delayed in customs. Also customs in your country may require you to pay Import duty.

GUARANTEE. We guarantee your satisfaction by supplying quality products.

RETURNS POLICY. If you are unhappy with your item although it is not faulty, we will glaldly exchange or refund all costs apart from the postage cost. If the item is faulty or damaged then we can either send a replacement or refund all costs including postage.

We can only accept returned items if they are received in the same new condition and have not been used, and will also require a copy of the receipt or the receipt number.
