Fast dispatch time, provided clear pics w/good angles of the jacket in listing which is great. The jacket I got looks just like it did in pics which is great. As described and fairly carefully packaged, however the glasses were not individually protected in their presentation box, so must have dislodged during transportation and knocked together. Unfortunately, as heavy crystal glasses, they were shattered to pieces on delivery. I notified the vendors and was offered a part refund which I chose not to take as this is a charity. I was surprised to be told that delivery cost did not include insurance. I have provided photographs for packing guidance.
