Burn mark on cushion and black mark on the inside, mark on outside of cushion highlighted on the day before it was bought but not on the sale item details. Cushions also discoloured not as advertised, given to charity. Chairs as listed. Cash paid and items collected but had to chase for items to be shown as paid for even though collection code taken. Received a number of reminders from eBay chasing payment. Had to contact eBay ourselves to get rectified and advise seller accordingly.

In reply to customers complaint, as soon as the customer let me know that the sale wasn’t showing as paid, I tried to correct it to show it had been paid bu it wouldn’t correct, it said page not responding. So I contacted eBay and spoke to Christopher. He said he would report it to technical department, it would be sorted in two or three days. The chairs were originally listed without seat pads, but we decided to include them without extra charge. So in effect we gave the seat pads for free.
