Sent shoes which were covered in black spots of mould, both chewed by an animal, extremely worn and damaged but described these as ‘worn once’ then tried to imply a neighbour who signed for them had caused the damage! Had to ask eBay to step in as refused return, then wouldn’t pay return postage and I am STILL waiting for a refund!
