I purchased a refurbished poker bandit machine from this seller. I had the machine collected and on arrival it did not work. Spoke with seller to be told he did not have time to refurbish it. I would assume that a seller would not put a product for sale until the refurbishment had been done as how would they know it would work properly on arrival. Fortunately for the seller we are in the electronics industry and once he had sent a new unit we got it working. No refurb, won't speak about the cost

Customer collected the machine & was happy with it when collected. When it arrived there was a fault but they didn't want to bring it back so I sent them a power supply, which fixed the problem. They've refused to return the faulty unit (stolen, no use to them, even though I sent prepaid label). So they have a good working machine but now want to renegotiate the price. Doesn't work like that!
