A one off experience

A bit bemused when asked to pay a 10% service charge. The burgers were quite nice, cakes? we were offered a choice of one cake each from a Krispy Kreme box and/or a box of cupcakes!! Not much of a presentation. We were the only people in a quite unclean unprepared environment. I definitely would not recommend this experience. I also note they have reduced the afternoon tea from £40 to £29.50 not surprised!!!
