Great fountain!
Bought this water fountain for my Paris tub, then read some reviews and began to regret the decision. Stuck with it & it fitted pretty easily. The fountain then just easily clips to the mount magnetically - make sure the fitting it nice & tight and the fountain will not move. It provides a great flow which is relaxing. The lights work well at night and give it a nice mood lighting vibe. Glad I purchased this.

Great accessory!
Pros: This was the accessory I had been waiting for. The sight and feel of the fountain and its light is so relaxing and shouldn’t be reserved for hard shell hot tubs.
In the colder months (or in the British weather) the flowing fountain helps to warm the upper body that’s above water.
The kids love it!
Cons: It eats up the space of 1 person when in use. It could’ve been designed to be installed outside the tub i.e the space in between the pump and the outer shell of the tub with the capability to tilt further backwards so the fountain flows over the person sitting in the space the current design has it set up.

Disappointed
Unfortunately, the screw fitting is very difficult to tighten and it keeps falling into Spa. Try to return it after the first fitting but Robert Dyas was very unhelpful. There is no on of switch so continually flows making the water temperature drop. Very disappointed

Good idea But…..
Good idea but got problems. Holding magnet not strong enough as it slides back into water. Angle of water fountain to high so water lands and splashes you faces as you trying to chill next to it.so maximum time of use about 30/40 minutes. Not tight enough next to liner so falls either way into water. Feels loose..

Total garbage
Waste of money. Barely puts out water, light is totally naff, doesn't stay in place and they won't let you return it. Do not waste your money!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
