Create a useful outdoor storage facility with the 7ft x 10ft Barraca Shed from Shire. This substantially sized outbuilding is perfect for storing your garden power tools, bikes, and unused furniture. It would also make a great workshop to retreat to all year round thanks to the generous eaves height.
The Barraca Shed is a garden essential, combining great quality, practical design, and a classic aesthetic. Built from high grade European pine, this structure comprises 34mm square framing with shiplap tongue and groove cladding to the walls and floor to create a robust build that will last for years to come. With an opening, traditional joinery made window, plenty of daylight is welcomed in, and the storm resistant design means for complete protection from the elements. Finally, the solid sheet roof completes the build, especially when combined with the roof felt supplied, providing all the protection needed to keep your possessions safe and dry.
Arriving with a natural honey colour base coat, this useful shed has been prepared to allow you to add a coloured paint or stain finish of your choice to compliment your outdoor space.
Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.

Guarantee
All Shire products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery. Additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company's assembly instructions.

Not bad, but room for improvement
Decent shed, easy to follow instructions and well laid out, assembly was quick, had it up and the felt on in 4 hours (Between 2 of us) so it was waterproof and secure. Good design meant that you can choose where the door/window can be situated to suit your garden layout.
However, the timber/Wood is poorly/lightly treated against any potential rot, without extra it wouldnt last long, so i re-treated it myself once assembled which rapidly soaked right in confirming my suspicion that the wood has hardly seen any prior treatment

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
