I think you get what you pay for see some cheaper but this was really good quality unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived. I emailed them and they quickly sent a reply and sent me a new one . Would definitely buy from them again

I bought two of these. Both had obviously been delivered before, because you could see where the delivery labels had been removed. One of the items had evidently opened and unpacked because the parts had been put back in the box without any attempt to package them properly. This was easy to identify as I bought two of them. The item in the opened package was damaged. When I contacted Robert Dyas about this they were trying to blame the delivery company and did not want to do anything until they had heard back from the delivery company. I had to chase Robert Dyas several times for action. In fairness to Robert Dyas, they eventually replaced the item free of charge. It was a shame that due to the delays, our grandchildren had been to stay and gone before the replacement arrived. At least we now have the item for their next visit.

Broken but really inconsiderate to return as I don’t have packaging. Also I paid£25 to put it together and now need to pay £25 to dismantle. I won’t buy from Robert dyas again.

Just don't....
It's almost impossible to put together. The holes don't like up well and therefore getting the bolts to actually bolt the chair and table legs on is a nightmare. Worst piece of rubbish I've purchased in a long time.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
