Purchased due to seller s excellent price and low shipping cost. A few days later, he apologetically dictated I pay £6.50 more for increased shipping costs or he would refund in full. I offered a compromise that I felt was fair to both of us, split the increase. He refunded the sale in violation of Ebay rules which require both parties to live up to their original commitments. I can not personally recommend this seller. He should of been aware of increase from news, like others
