Nice old Raper & Sons cue.Founded in Manchester in 1845
Raper & Sons first traded as furniture makers, eventually turning their skills to the making of billiard tables and cues in 1845.
Quite a few battle scars accumulated over its life, as you can see from the photos but all original.
Maple shaft with aged golden patina, Hand spliced Ebony but with front facing splice of Padauk over green & white veneers.Raper & Sons name plate, and even has the original red fibre ferrule.
