The cue is in great condition but may show some signs of age discrepancies
The ferrule on this cue is made from carbon fibre rather than the usual brass

All my items will be packed professionally using plenty of leading packaging supplies including soft foam, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and custom made wooden crates where appropriate.

 

We have an excellent shipping record and have sent thousands of parcels throughout the globe with excellent success record

Shipping prices include professional packaging materials, boxes, and priority service with a full online tracking number
 
I will only use professional couriers mainly Fedex which will provide a full tracking number which can be tracked online

 

 

Different countries have different customs rules so please check with your customs office for custom duties and taxes as these are the buyers responsibility. Full invoice amounts will be declared as i am required by law

Returns

All bids and purchases are legally binding and non paying bidders will be reported to ebay and legal action taken

Payments are to be made within 3 days of Purchase

6 Months Return To Base Warranty On Mechanism

All our clocks are tested for a minimum of 1 week before listing onto ebay and working condition is clearly stated above

No matter how well antique clocks have been serviced they will need final adjusting and setting into beat after transport and a professional person is advised and may be required in order to do this so please bear this in mind before bidding

If on the rare occasion you receive a clock that has a problem or does not work after initial set up and adjusting by a professional person then we reserve the right for you to return the mechanism for repair by myself

There will be no refunds if the mechanism needs repair. I reserve the right for the mechanism to be returned to me for repair 

I offer a 6 months return to base warranty on all my mechanisms (unless stated not working in description)

In case of a problem after a professional has attempted to set the clock up you can return the mechanism back to me for repair

Please do not take the mechanism to a local clock maker/repairer as this will render the warranty void. All repairs needed to the mechanism will be carried out by myself and not by a 3rd party clock maker/repairer unless agreed by myself beforehand. please contact me in the first instance to arrange return of the mechanism for repair by myself

Shipping the mechanism back to me will be at the buyers cost and i will pay to get the mechanism back to you after repair

All repair costs will be met by myself for 6 months after purchase. If a mechanism is faulty after 6 months then i can offer a repair service for a discounted price but this cost will be met by the buyer if after 6 months of purchase

I can also offer a repair service and servicing of all antique clocks at a good rate for other clocks in your collection etc. Please contact me for a quote if you have another movement that requires servicing Contact us
